Lightweight cotton batiste. Pleats down bodice with beautiful lace around the neckline, falling over the shoulders. The front is loose, while the back has a banded waist. Buttons at the back...originally. The blouse looks amazing worn with the buttons in the front as well.
At some point the original long sleeves were shortened with elastic added. Makes for a more modern look.
